Order processing
Every pair on Test 123 is hand-picked from the Jumpman vault. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day; orders placed after that window or on weekends ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping (US)
We ship to all 50 US states, DC, and APO/FPO addresses via tracked carriers. Standard delivery runs 3-5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping kicks in on every domestic order over $99.
International shipping
We ship worldwide on a tracked-and-signed service. Transit times typically run 7-14 business days depending on destination customs. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility — we do not collect them at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email support@www.dolore.shop with your order number and we'll open a carrier trace within 24 hours.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We can update an address only while the order is in Processing status; once it ships, the carrier is in control.
