30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any unworn, undamaged pair in the original box. We get it — sizing sneakers off a screen is hard. Try them on indoors first.

What qualifies

  • Pair is unworn (no outsole scuffs, no creasing on the upper)
  • Original box is intact, including the lid and any inserts
  • All accessories (extra laces, hangtags, dust bag if shipped with one) are included
  • Order is within the 30-day window from delivery date

How to start a return

Email returns@www.dolore.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send a prepaid label for US orders or a return address for international. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds post to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll get an email the moment we issue it.

Final-sale items

Clearance pairs marked FINAL SALE at checkout, custom or made-to-order pairs, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Defects and shipping damage

If the pair arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and ship a replacement or full refund — your call.
